This Marketing Consent Agreement ("Agreement") outlines how askdocdoc.com ("Platform"), operated by Alveda Life India Private Limited ("Company"), registered in India under CIN U86909MH2023FTC406696, with its registered office at Office No. 271, Satra Plaza, Plot 20, Sector 19D, Vashi, Navi Mumbai, Thane, Maharashtra, India 400705, collects and uses user contact information for marketing communications related to wellness and lifestyle advice.

By using this Platform and providing your contact details, you agree to the collection, storage, and use of your email address and mobile phone number for marketing purposes. If you do not agree with these terms, you should immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

1. Information Collected

• Your contact details will be securely stored and used exclusively for the purposes outlined in this Agreement.

2. Purpose of Marketing Communications

• To send promotional offers, updates, and new service announcements related to wellness advice, lifestyle tips, and general well-being content.
• To provide health tips, personalized recommendations, and special discounts.
• To improve user engagement and customer experience through targeted communications.

3. Mandatory Marketing Consent

• By entering your email address and phone number, you agree to receive emails, SMS, and other electronic communications from askdocdoc.com related to wellness and lifestyle content.
• Users who do not wish to receive marketing communications should not provide their contact details and should exit the Platform.
• There is no opt-out option after registration. If you do not wish to receive marketing messages, you must discontinue use of the Platform.

4. Data Protection and Privacy

• In accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA, 2023), your personal data, including contact details, will be securely stored and processed.

• Compliance: All marketing communications will comply with applicable data protection laws, including the DPDPA, 2023, and will be limited in frequency to ensure they remain relevant and non-intrusive.

5. Changes to This Agreement

• The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time.
• Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• This Agreement is governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in India.
