Dr. Vipin Gupta
Experience: | 43 years |
Education: | Maulana Azad medical College Delhi |
Academic degree: | MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery) |
Area of specialization: | Since 1985, I’ve been practicing both pediatrics and general medicine, focusing on complete family care—from infants to elders. My early training in child health helped me really understand the nuances of pediatric illnesses, growth issues, and how to support parents through it all. Over the years, I’ve also managed a broad range of adult health concerns, combining clinical experience with a preventative mindset.
For the past 5–6 years, I’ve been offering telemedicine consults as well, which has honestly changed how I connect with patients. It’s allowed me to provide consistent care—even when travel or location is an issue. Whether it's a worried parent needing advice late evening or a follow-up for chronic illness management, I try to be available and reliable.
My goal is to keep care compassionate but rooted in what works—evidence-based medicine, honest guidance, and a touch of personal attention, always. |
Achievements: | For 40 years I am running a private practice. In my journey, I have treated children with fevers to long-term conditions in adults. My key focus has always been on evidence-based care and being a good listener. Lately, Telemedicine have been an addition to make the access easier, but the goal stays the same – treating patients with complete honesty and care. |
I completed my MBBS from Maulana Azad Medical College, Delhi, in 1982, and soon after, went on to earn a Diploma in Child Health (DCH) from Safdarjung Hospital in 1985. Since then—through all these years—I’ve been practicing medicine privately, offering care that's as thorough as it is personal, for both children and adults. With a foundation built at two of the most respected medical institutions in India, I was fortunate to start my journey in pediatric care early. That specialization taught me a lot—not just about managing illnesses in children, but also how to read their development patterns, address nutritional gaps, and guide parents through those unpredictable early years. Over the past three decades (and counting), my experience has grown beyond pediatrics into a wider spectrum of general medical care. I’ve managed everything from chronic conditions like hypertension and diabetes to more day-to-day concerns like fevers, digestive issues, infections—you name it. One of the most rewarding parts of my work is continuity. I’ve had the privilege of treating not just patients, but entire families—sometimes across three generations. It’s humbling. And it pushes me to stay updated with the latest in medicine, while keeping a holistic perspective. Not every ailment needs a prescription; sometimes, people just need a little more time, or someone to listen carefully. My goal is to provide honest, dependable, and compassionate care to everyone who walks through my door regardless of any age. I do my best to heal all my patients quickly as possible.
