कुकिंग ऑयल के साथ मुझे समस्या क्यों हो रही है? अगर तेल रिफाइंड है तो कोई समस्या नहीं होती, लेकिन दूसरे तेलों से मेरी सेहत पर बहुत असर पड़ता है। मुझे यह समस्या 2016 के बाद से क्यों हो रही है, उससे पहले नहीं? और अगर मैं कम मात्रा में या महीने में एक बार खाता हूँ तो मेरे शरीर के लिए ठीक रहता है।
