Likely Causes: Hormonal fluctuations (common around 16–22)

Diet (sugar, dairy, junk food)

Lack of skincare routine (especially cleansing)

Bacteria from hands/towels/pillowcases

Dandruff from scalp falling on face

Skincare routine Morning: Gentle Cleanser (Ex: Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser or Simple Refreshing Facial Wash) Aloe Vera Gel (natural or Wow Skin Science 99% Aloe) Sunscreen (must-have even indoors) Minimalist SPF 50 or Neutrogena UltraSheer Dry Touch

Night: Wash face with same gentle cleanser Apply Aloe Vera or Niacinamide Serum (5%) (The Ordinary or Minimalist Niacinamide)

Weekly: Multani Mitti + Rose Water mask – once/twice a week for oil & spots Change pillow cover every 2 days Don’t touch or pop pimples

For hair fall Use anti-dandruff shampoo like:

Scalpe+ Shampoo or Selsun Suspension Shampoo or ketostar

Massage gently on scalp and leave for 3–5 min before washing Oil (1–2x a week): Mix warm coconut oil + castor oil + a few drops of tea tree oil

Apply overnight or 2 hrs before shampoo

Diet for Hair: Daily 1 boiled egg or paneer/tofu (for protein) Soaked black raisins + pumpkin seed Green veggies + fruits

Tab biotin 10mg empty stomach daily morning Tab zincovit afternoon post lunch daily

Result will take around 3-6 month

Follow up with update

Your sudden acne and hair fall may be due to hormonal changes, stress, or dandruff, and need proper care. Start using a gentle salicylic acid face wash, anti-dandruff shampoo (like Ketoconazole), and take biotin supplements. Please consult a dermatologist to assess your skin and scalp condition for a personalized treatment plan.

It sounds like you’re dealing with two common issues – acne and hair fall. To address the acne and dark spots, a few changes might help. First, consider adopting a basic skincare routine, starting with a gentle cleanser to wash your face twice daily. Products containing salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide can help reduce pimples. For dark spots, a cream with niacinamide or vitamin C might help lighten them over time. Always test a small area first for reactions, and use sunscreen daily to prevent further darkening of spots. If your acne persists or worsens, consulting a dermatologist would be beneficial, as they can provide personalized treatments, possibly including topical retinoids or other prescription medications. Regarding your hair fall, several factors might be at play, including stress, diet, or hormonal changes. Ensuring a balanced diet with adequate proteins and vitamins such as B12, iron, and vitamin D can help support hair health. You might want to try using a mild, sulfate-free shampoo, and avoid excessive heat styling or harsh chemicals. Dandruff can be managed with anti-dandruff shampoos containing zinc pyrithione or ketoconazole. If these over-the-counter methods don’t work, it might be worth seeing a healthcare provider to rule out other causes like hormonal imbalances or skin conditions. They might suggest blood tests or more specialized treatments based on their findings.
