Hello dear See you are quite young and progring towards adolescence. Probably this is the reason for excessive pimples in your body. I am suggesting some medications for improvement Kindly follow them for 1 month 1. Topical Treatments -Benzoyl Peroxide (2.5–5%) Kills bacteria and is anti-inflammatory in action. Salicylic Acid, Adapalene 0.1% can also be given as additive medications. 2.Clindamycin 1 % or Tretinoin ( if already not taken). 3.Azelaic Acid 10 percent for two weeks. 4. Oral Medications -tablet Doxycycline 1 month twice a day for 1week In addition use aloevera - tulsi solution to apply topically for 1 month

In case of no improvement in 1 month, kindly consult dermatologist in person for better clarification Regards

The recurring pimples you’re describing could indeed be related to a few probable causes. One common factor is the irritation and friction from sweat and tight clothing, especially when playing sports. Ingrown hairs can also lead to similar issues. Here’s what you can do to mitigate the problem and promote healing: First, try keeping the area clean and dry. Wash the genital area with gentle, fragrance-free soap daily and pat it dry thoroughly. Consider wearing loose-fitting, breathable cotton underwear, especially during physical activity, to reduce moisture buildup. If you notice that sweat is a significant contributing factor, you might find using an antibacterial or medicated body powder helpful to minimize sweat and bacteria. For ingrown hairs, gently exfoliating the area after your hair grows back a bit may prevent them. Use a mild exfoliating scrub in the shower; this helps remove dead skin cells and let hair grow properly. When you’re shaving (if you decide to again), use a clean razor and shave in the direction of hair growth. If the bumps are painful, applying a warm compress may help reduce discomfort and swelling. Make sure not to squeeze or pop the pimples, as this can lead to infection or scarring. Over-the-counter acne creams containing benzoyl peroxide may also be useful, but should be applied sparingly and away from the sensitive areas. However, if the condition persists or worsens, see a healthcare provider as it could be a sign of folliculitis or a different infection that might require specific treatment. Keep in mind that some sexually transmitted infections can cause similar symptoms, even if the pimples self-resolve—they may recur. A clinical assessment would offer a clearer diagnosis if at-home measures aren’t effective.
