At Feb 2021 I diagnosed by low vitamin d3 and calcium and b12 also After some time Dr prescribed me antidepressants and steroids. Now I am geeting symptoms of ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION and low sexual desire. And I had done some times excessive masterbution. I have reduced masturbation a lot in the last 1 year.

Age: 22

Hello dear See low vitamin d and calcium deficiency do create general body weakness. I suggest you to please carry on the medications for the above mentioned condition In addition, Please follow below preventive measures to reduce chances of erectile dysfunction Avoid heavy meals and alcohol Take ashwagandha or triphala once a day for 2 months Do meditation Do physical exercises atleast for half an hour Especially kegel exercises Take shilajeet for 1 month once a day In case of no improvement in 1 month, kindly consult gynaecologist in person for further clarification Hopefully you recover soon Regards
