I am someone who’s been dealing with kidney stones for a while now, and honestly, it’s been a nightmare. I’ve passed, like, four stones in the last year! It’s super painful, and my doc gave me a ton of advice on diet changes and stuff. But here’s the thing – I really enjoy a cold beer after work, helps me relax, you know? Some articles talk about how certain beer ingredients might actually help reduce the chances of forming stones, while others seem to say it can make things worse or at least not very helpful. It’s confusing! I’ve cut down on soda and tried drinking more water, but I wonder if including some beer might actually, ya know, lower my risk?
