Loose motions control tablets

I am dealing with this really frustrating problem. For the past week, I just can’t seem to control my loose motions, and it’s been super embarrassing and annoying. I thought it was just something I ate, but it keeps happening. I’ve tried ginger tea and staying hydrated, but I’m seriously considering those loose motions control tablets everyone talks about. Like, do they actually work?? I mean, I was in a meeting yesterday and had to excuse myself twice because I couldn’t control it! Ugh! I’m worried about my gut not working properly or something; I even checked my diet, but I’m eating pretty normal stuff. My doc suggested probiotics, but I'm contemplating if these loose motions control tablets might be a quicker fix? I read some reviews online, and some say they’re lifesavers, while others had bad side effects. I just wanna know if anyone here has actually used those loose motions control tablets and how they did? Did it help you or cause more trouble? I def don’t wanna keep running to the bathroom! Hope someone can share their experience!
