I am really worried, I've been dealing with loose motions for the past few days and it just won’t stop! It started, like, outta nowhere after I ate at this new place. I thought it was just food poisoning or something. But now, I'm kinda desperate trying to figure how to stop loose motions instantly before my cousins come over this weekend for a family gathering and I don't wanna be stuck in the bathroom the whole time! I’ve tried the basic things – drinking clear fluids, eating bananas and toast. Ugh, even bought some herbal tea but nothing seems to work like they say it should. I’m just not sure, should I be taking something stronger or is there a specific diet I should follow? I’m tossing and turning, worrying about how to stop loose motions instantly because it's super embarrassing. Should I see a doctor or is it one of those things that will eventually just go away? Sometimes I feel like I have cramps but they’re not super painful. Just looks like I’m in a bind and need some good advice quick on how to stop loose motions instantly!
