I am struggling with a really frustrating situation and hoping someone here can help. For the past few days, I've been dealing with loose motions. At first, I thought it was just a stomach bug, maybe something I ate. I mean, I had some street food that didn’t seem too fresh, and then all of a sudden, BAM! I'm running to the bathroom every few hours. Ugh. Tried drinking more water, and even settled for some herbal teas, but it just doesn't seem to be getting better, you know? I did some research and found a few mentions of a natural way to stop loose motion, like using bananas or yogurt, but I'm just not sure what else to try. My stomach feels pretty unsettled, and I worry about dehydration.
