bleach or facial which is best

I am freaking out here because I've been trying to figure out if bleach or facial which is best for my skin. Like, last month I had this horrible breakout and my friend suggested bleach because she said it cleared her skin fast. But then I talked to another friend who swears by facials and says they’re way gentler and better for long-term skin health. I'm just confused, because I did a patch test for the bleach, and my skin reacted a bit, like it was red and irritated, but I can’t stop thinking about how fast it worked for my friend. Ugh, my skin is also super sensitive, and the thought of having to deal with burns or irritation scares me. The last time I had a facial, it felt relaxing and my skin looked nice afterwards, but my breakouts didn't really improve like I hoped. I’m kind of torn here—bleach or facial which is best really? Are there specific situations where one is clearly better? Do you think it’ll help my dark spots or just make them worse? I know everyone's skin is different, but any advice would be helpful since I feel like I'm running out of options and time!
