I am in a bit of a panic here. Last weekend I had this awful food, and now I can't seem to stop having severe loose motions. Like, it’s happened 10 times already today, and it’s just awful. I feel so weak and dehydrated. I tried drinking lots of water and some electrolyte solutions, but it doesn’t seem to help much, ya know? Went to a local pharmacy yesterday, and they gave me something for severe loose motion medicine, but honestly, it hasn't done anything yet. It’s driving me mad. I keep thinking, am I eating or drinking something that’s making it worse? I’m scared to eat! Has anyone here faced something similar? What severe loose motion medicine actually works? I'm worried that if this goes on, I might need a doctor, which I really don't want. How long does severe loose motion usually last anyway? Any tips on what I should take or do to ease this?
