I am feeling really overwhelmed right now because my cousin just got diagnosed with dengue and I'm honestly not sure, like, what food to eat during dengue to help him recover. He's been super weak and has this awful fever, and it all just happened after he came back from a trip. I visited him yesterday and he was really confused about what he should be eating, that's why I'm trying to find something to help him out. The doc mentioned hydration is super important, but, I don't know, are there any specific foods that he should be eating or avoiding? I read stuff online saying that fresh fruits and certain soups are good, but what food to eat during dengue is really confusing because not all sources seem to agree. Should he stick to bland stuff or can he have some spices, like ginger or turmeric? It feels like every website says something different and I just wanna make sure I give him the best advice! Anyone who's been through this, what food to eat during dengue actually helped you or someone you know? I really wanna help him feel better fast!
