I am really struggling with my skin lately. For about a year now, I've been dealing with what feels like endless breakouts and dark spots all over my body, especially on my arms and legs. I know, I've tried so many different creams and scrubs, but nothing seems to work. I've cut out sugar and I drink tons of water, yet I still don't know how to get clear body skin. My friends keep telling me to be patient or to try this natural remedy or that, but it just feels overwhelming. Last month, I went to a dermatologist, and they suggested some stronger prescription creams, but those kinda just dried my skin out. I’m just kinda feeling hopeless about it all because I want to wear sleeveless tops again without worrying about what people might think. Do you guys have any advice on how to get clear body skin? Like, real tips that actually work? Or maybe something that helped you? Also, should I consider changing my diet again? I seriously just want to feel comfortable in my skin! Any help would be super appreciated!!
