I am really confused about this whole menstrual cup situation. I never thought switching to a menstrual cup would mess with my body so much. I was super excited after hearing all the benefits, ya know? Like, eco-friendly and no more running to the store for pads. But after a few cycles using it, I started noticing these weird cramps. I mean, nothing too extreme, but definitely uncomfortable. I've never had cramps like this before! So, I was wondering, can a menstrual cup cause cramps? Is it just me or do other people have the same issue? I tried to read up on it, but there's not a ton of info. Could it be because I’m not inserting it right? Like maybe it's putting pressure on something it shouldn't? I even went down a size thinking maybe that was the issue, but they still happen sometimes. I heard you gotta get used to it, but they've feeling pretty constant whenever I wear it. Anyone else felt this? Should I be worried? Or is this just part of the adjustment phase? It’s just frustrating because I really want to love the menstrual cup, but these cramps are making it hard to enjoy.
