I am really confused about something that happened last week. I had this terrible episode of loose motion, like, I couldn't leave the bathroom for hours! It was so bad I ended up drinking tons of water and eating plain rice, which I thought would help. A friend suggested I try pomegranate during loose motion because they say it helps with digestion and stuff. I was skeptical but then thought, hmm, maybe it could help. I did some online searching, and I found mixed opinions about fruit during such times. Some people swear by pomegranate during loose motion, claiming it can be really soothing and good for hydration. Others said to just stick to bland foods. It got me wondering if it's actually safe or even beneficial to eat pomegranate during loose motion? Could it possibly make things worse instead of better?
