I am kinda worried about something that happened to me recently. I started noticing that my poop has been green for the last few days, and honestly, it's a bit gross and I'm not sure what to think. I mean, I've read a bit about diet changes and stuff, and I’m wondering if eating too many leafy greens could cause this? I had this big spinach salad last week, and now I'm questioning myself. Is that too much? Someone mentioned home remedies for green poop but I don’t even know where to start looking. Like, are there specific home remedies for green poop that might help me?
