I am really confused about how to melanin reduce in my skin. For the past few months, I've noticed some dark patches on my cheeks, and I'm kinda freaking out. Like, they really changed the way my skin looks. I'm not sure if it’s from spending more time outdoors or maybe something in my diet? I’ve heard of a few treatments like creams that are supposed to help melanin reduce but honestly, I don’t wanna make it worse, you know? My friend mentioned something about laser treatments but that sounds kinda intense for me. I guess I just thought my skin pigment was something I'd have to live with.
