I am really freaked out right now because my stomach has been acting up for the past few days. Like, I can't even remember the last time I had a decent meal without rushing to the bathroom. It's all this loose motion, and it's making me feel really weak and frustrated. I tried ginger tea and even some yogurt, hoping a home remedy would work, but nothing’s sticking! I don’t know if I should just wait it out or look for something stronger? The other day a friend suggested a home remedy with mashed bananas but I can't find anything that really feels right to me or fits what I need. I also drink a LOT of water, like, overly cautious because of dehydration worries! Should I combine all these stuff? Does anyone here know what would be a reliable home remedy to stop loose motion? I read somewhere that certain herbal teas might help. Also, how long should loose motion last before it’s a bigger issue? I dunno, even looking online feels overwhelming, and I just want to feel normal again. Any tips or personal experiences would really be great!
