pimples below nose

I am super frustrated right now. A couple of weeks ago, I started getting these annoying pimples below my nose, like they just popped up outta nowhere! I thought maybe it was just a random hormonal thing, but it’s been like a festering problem. I tried using some over-the-counter creams, and I even switched face wash, but nada. The pimples below my nose just make me wanna hide my face, ya know? I don’t even wear makeup often but when I do, it’s like it just gets all cakey around there and highlights the pimples below my nose even more! I also wondered could it be from all the masks I’ve been wearing, like maybe it’s causing irritation? Last week, I read some stuff that said it might be related to skin care products or even stress. Ugh, I don’t wanna believe that! Should I see a dermatologist about these pimples below my nose, or could my regular doctor help? Any tips or remedies? Anything that worked for you would be awesome! I’m just really needing a solution here because it's getting kinda ridiculous.
