I am really worried because my friend just got diagnosed with dengue and I’ve been reading up on how to recover faster from dengue. He’s been feeling totally out of it—fever, severe headaches, and really bad joint pain. At first, we thought it was just a flu or something simple, but then the doctor said it was dengue. He got all these blood tests done and they confirmed it. Now he's just lying there, and I’m looking for tips on how to recover faster from dengue. He’s been drinking fluids, like, a ton but still looks exhausted. From what I read, it’s supposed to be all about hydration and resting, but are there any specific foods or drinks that can help?
