Hello dear As per clinical history it seems normal physiological variation You had already taken an ocd medication which prevented further reproductive cycle So there are no chances of pregnancy However if you have still doubt get pregnancy strip test blood HCG done and share result with gynaecologist fir better clarity All your symptoms are just related with either side-effects of ocd or hormonal alterations Regards

So the bleeding that I had on 21st November is an actual period
A full withdrawal bleed on 21 Nov (which means the previous pack worked)
So then this is my actual period and there is no need for any pregnancy test?
