I am really struggling with my skin lately and I don't know what to do. I've tried a ton of lotions and creams, but nothing seems to work. Just last week, my friend mentioned drinking juice for clear skin and now I'm curious if that could actually help! I’ve read stuff online about how certain juices can detox your body and maybe even help with breakouts, but I don’t know where to start. Like, does juice for clear skin actually make a difference? I've been thinking maybe carrot juice or something like that, but what about other options? My skin is always dull, and I feel like I’ve been on this endless cycle of trying products that just don't do anything. I even went to a dermatologist a few months ago, but the advice was kinda generic and didn’t really address my skin’s needs. Should I be looking into green juices or fruit juices?
