I am dealing with this frustrating issue of loose motion that just won't go away. Last week, I had a big family gathering, and I think I caught something in the food or maybe it was just stress from all the preparations. Anyway, it started as just some mild stomach cramps and then turned into this crazy cycle of going to the bathroom way more times than I'd like to admit. My stomach is making all these weird noises, and I actually lost some weight in just a few days!! I tried some over-the-counter stuff, but it didn’t really help. Friends were suggesting a powder for loose motion which they said worked wonders for them. I’ve heard about those powders but don’t really know how they work or if they’re safe.
