I am really struggling with something right now and hope someone can help me out. For the past couple of days, I've had this awful experience with loose motion — like, it's been nonstop! I went to a family gathering over the weekend, and I think I might’ve eaten something that didn't agree with me. Ugh. I’m talking about kidos of cramps and rushing to the bathroom constantly. I can't remember the last time I felt this bad. I went to my doctor, and he said it might be a mild infection or just a reaction to that food. He told me to stay hydrated, which makes sense, but I need some ideas on what fluids to drink, you know? I keep hearing about various liquids that can help. What do you think is the best juice for loose motion? Like, does orange juice help or is that a no-go? I read somewhere that apple juice can be soothing, but with this loose motion, I have no idea what the best juice for loose motion really is. Any advice on what worked for you guys? I want to feel better without running to the store for tons of stuff. And how quickly did you see improvement when you found the best juice for loose motion? Thanks!

This not only provides fluids but also replenishes electrolytes that you’re likely losing during your episodes of loose motion. You can either make ORS at home by mixing half a teaspoon of salt and six teaspoons of sugar in one-liter water, or pick one up from a pharmacy. An alternative is coconut water— it’s natural, less sugary than many juices, and offers some essential electrolytes that aid in recovery. Broth-based soups are another good option as they provide both fluids and sodium. While hydration is crucial here, it’s equally important to seek further medical attention if your symptoms persist after a few days, or worsen, because persistent diarrhea may lead to dehydration and needs closer examination for other underlying causes.
