Hello dear Acne or pigmentation can be related with either hormonal alterations or physiological variation. Iam suggesting some precautions and medication. Please follow them for atleast a month Topical Treatments -Benzoyl Peroxide (2.5–5%) twice a day for week Salicylic Acid, Adapalene 0.1% can also be given as additive medications. 2.Clindamycin 1% Clindac A ,Tretinoin ( if already not taken). 3.Azelaic Acid 10 percent for two weeks. 4. Oral Medications -tablet Doxycycline 1 month twice a day for max 5 days Niacinamide serum –antiinflammatory in nature twice daily for 1 week In addition use aloevera - tulsi solution to apply topically for 1 month

In case of no improvement in 1 month, kindly consult dermatologist in person for better clarification Last resort will be non invasive procedures Laser Electrocautery Botulinum toxin Photodynamic therapy Please get these procedures from dermatologist only Regards

Hello Mahir, thank you for sharing your concern. To get clear, bright, even-toned skin, you need to treat acne + pigmentation + tanning + dark circles together. Here is my advise-

1. Morning - - Face wash (2× daily): Ahaglow / Cetaphil Oily Skin / Rejuglow Use gently, no scrubbing. -Cipla VC15 / Minimalist 10% Vitamin C Apply 2–3 drops, wait 2 minutes. - Moisturizer: Re’equil Oil-Free / Simple Hydrating / Acnemoist. - Sunscreen (MOST IMPORTANT): La Shield SPF 40+ / Re’equil Ultra Matte SPF 50 / UV Doux Apply 2 finger length, reapply every 3–4 hours outdoors.

2. Night- - Same face-wash as morning. - Adapalene 0.1% gel (Adaferin / Differin). Apply pea-sized amount to whole face. Start 3 nights/week, then nightly after 2 weeks. Mild dryness/peeling is normal in first 2–3 weeks. - Moisturizer. Same as morning (apply after 20 minutes of adapalene).

3. DARK CIRCLES CARE- Under-eye cream: Eyebliss / Under Eye Bliss / NMF-E Eye. Sleep 7–8 hours. Reduce screen time. Correct specs power if needed.

4. FOR BODY TAN- Lactic acid body lotion (Lacsoft / Moisturex LA). Use at night, alternate days. Always use sunscreen when exposed.

5. AVOID- Fairness creams. Lemon, baking soda, harsh scrubs. Changing products frequently. Touching/picking pimples.

6. DIET & HABITS- Drink 2.5–3 L water. Reduce junk, sugar, dairy. Eat fruits, vegetables, nuts. Exercise 30 min/day.

7. If acne is severe, painful, or scarring, oral medicines may be needed, then consult a dermatologist.

Review after 1 month.

Regards, Dr. Nirav Jain MBBS, DNB D.Fam.Medicine

Clear skin and an even tone can be quite challenging to achieve, especially when dealing with multiple issues like acne marks, pigmentation, and dark circles. Here’s a comprehensive approach that addresses these concerns rooted in evidence-based skincare. Firstly, to tackle acne and pimples, incorporating a gentle cleanser with salicylic acid can help unclog pores and reduce breakouts. For persistent acne, you could consider using a topical retinoid, which can also aid in fading post-acne marks over time. Remember, these products can make your skin more sensitive to the sun, so a broad-spectrum SPF of at least 30 is crucial every morning. Utilize niacinamide for pigmentation and uneven skin tone as it helps brighten skin and reduce hyperpigmentation. Applying a vitamin C serum in the morning can also provide antioxidant protection and enhance skin brightness. Regarding tanning and uneven tone, exfoliate regularly but gently, with an AHA or BHA, to slough off dead skin cells and promote new skin cell turnover without causing irritation. For dark circles, ingredients like caffeine or vitamin K might reduce their appearance, but adequate sleep and hydration are essential alongside. When dealing with pigmentation, using dedicated treatments such as hydroquinone or azelaic acid under dermatological advice can be effective. It’s always best to patch-test new products to avoid adverse reactions. Besides, adopt a balanced diet rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals to support skin health internally. If your situation persists or worsens, consulting with a dermatologist can provide tailored treatments, possibly considering prescription-strength solutions or in-office procedures. Consistency, patience, and cautious layering of products are key in skincare. Stay attentive to your skin’s signals.

The key to correcting your uneven skin color and acne marks is consistent, long-term skin care, not quick-fix creams. Daily broad-spectrum sunscreen is the most important step without it, no treatment will work. Gentle cleansing, regular moisturizing, and night-time use of proven agents such as adapalene or azelaic acid will gradually fade acne marks and improve overall skin tone. For body pigmentation, proper moisturization and mild exfoliating lotions help restore even color. With regular use and patience, safe treatments can restore your natural complexion within a few months

Hello Mahir I hear you—it’s really common to feel frustrated with skin issues like acne marks, tanning, uneven tone, pigmentation, and dark circles. Let’s break down some practical steps you can take for clearer, healthier skin:

1. Daily Skincare Routine - Gentle Cleanser: Wash your face twice daily with a mild, non-foaming cleanser. - Moisturizer: Use a lightweight, non-comedogenic moisturizer to keep your skin hydrated. - Sunscreen: Apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher) every morning, even indoors—this helps prevent tanning, pigmentation, and darkening of marks.

2. Targeted Treatments - Acne & Pimples: Look for products with ingredients like salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide for spot treatment. - Pigmentation & Marks: Creams with niacinamide, vitamin C, or licorice extract can help lighten dark spots and even out skin tone. - Dark Circles: Get enough sleep, stay hydrated, and try creams with vitamin K or caffeine.

3. Lifestyle Tips - Healthy Diet: Eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, and drink water. - Avoid Picking: Don’t pick or squeeze pimples—it can worsen marks. - Manage Stress: Stress can trigger breakouts and pigmentation.

Thank you
