I am pretty worried about my liver health! A few weeks ago, I started feeling really bloated and had this weird heaviness in my right side, kinda like something is just stuck there, u know? Went to the doc and they did some tests, but they mostly said my liver enzymes are slightly elevated, which freaked me out honestly. I read somewhere that home remedies for liver detoxification could help, but I’m not sure what really works or if it’s even safe? Like, I know about milk thistle and dandelion tea, but seriously, what else should I try? I'm not big on pills or anything, so the idea of home remedies for liver detoxification seems more appealing, ya know?
