I am really struggling with these black spots on my forehead. Like, I’ve noticed them popping up outta nowhere over the last few months and it's seriously driving me insane! I'm not sure if it’s sun damage or maybe just stress or something else. I thought it might be acne scarring at first, but I haven’t really had any breakouts recently. I’ve tried a few over-the-counter creams that claim to help with dark spots, but I swear they’ve done nothing. Just last week, I chatted with a friend who suggested a chemical peel, which she said helped her a lot, but I'm kinda nervous about that. On top of that, the spots are becoming more noticeable in photos! Ugh! Does anyone know how to remove black spots from forehead effectively? Are there specific treatments that are worth trying out? Or like, should I hit up a dermatologist instead? I can't keep feeling self-conscious every time I look in the mirror or take a pic. It’s so frustrating!
