I am dealing with this really frustrating sinusitis headache for the past week now, and I feel like I’m going a bit nuts. It started out just slightly annoying, but now it's like a tight band around my forehead that just won’t quit. I’ve got this awful pressure behind my eyes too, which makes it hard to focus on anything. I've tried over-the-counter meds, but the relief is pretty minimal. Finally went to my doctor, and they mentioned sinusitis headache might be the cause but didn’t really give me much to go off of. Ears are popping like crazy too, and sometimes there's this weird taste in my mouth. Anyone else feel like the sinusitis headache is messing with their life? I mean, should I be looking for something more serious or could this be just a really bad spell of sinusitis headache? I'm also wondering if stuffy nose and fatigue could just be part of it, but I feel like I’m at my wits end. How long does this usually last, and what are some better ways to tackle this sinusitis headache? Am I just overthinking it? Any thoughts from allopathic docs would really help!
