I am really worried about my stomach issues. For the past few days, I’ve been dealing with loose motion, and it’s driving me crazy. I feel like I can’t eat anything without it going right through me, you know? Anyway, yesterday, I remembered someone telling me that banana might help. I know that banana is often recommended for stomach problems, but does banana stop loose motion for everyone? I tried having one this morning. It was kind of hard to swallow since I felt nauseous, but I managed. I’m not sure if I should just keep eating bananas or if there's a limit. What if bananas don't really work for me? I mean, I love bananas, they taste good, but I'm not sure if they’ll actually help me stop this loose motion. Have any of you tried them, and does banana stop loose motion for you? Or are there other things I should be considering? Ugh, I just don’t want to be stuck in this uncomfortable situation for much longer. If anyone has tips or personal experiences with this, I would greatly appreciate it!
