I am really curious about this whole mustard oil thing for hair. Last month I went to a friend's wedding, and I felt like my hair looked super dull and lifeless. They were all talking about how is mustard oil good for hair and how their aunties swear by it. I mean, I’ve seen some YouTube videos where people massage it in their scalp, saying it promotes growth and makes hair shiny, but I'm kinda skeptical. I've used coconut oil before, and while that worked somewhat, some folks say is mustard oil good for hair because of its vitamins and fatty acids? I tried a little bit after the wedding, like just once, but didn't see any magical change. I'm also worried it might be too heavy or greasy for my hair type which is fine and straight. So like, does it really matter if you leave it in overnight or just for a few hours? How often is too often? Would love to know if anyone else has tried it and what happened — like, is mustard oil good for hair or just another internet trend? Feels like there’s a lot of mixed opinions out there!
