I am struggling with thinning hair and need advice on how to increase volume of hair. It's been rough, like, I used to have super thick hair, but now I feel like my ponytail has shrunk so much. I notice it more after I wash it, like it just clings to my scalp. I tried some volume-boosting shampoos but they dont really seem to help. I even started using a different conditioner, thinking maybe that would make a difference but nah, still no luck. My friends say hairstyles can make a difference too, but I’m not sure what to try because every time I anything new, it just sorta falls flat. I’m thinking maybe a DIY mask or something but idk, has anyone had success with natural remedies for how to increase volume of hair? Or is there something specific a doctor would recommend? I don’t want to spend a ton on products that end up being useless. If anyone has tips on how to increase volume of hair that they've tried and it worked, I’d really appreciate it!
