I am really struggling to figure out how to use rosemary oil effectively. A few weeks ago, I read that it could help with hair growth and improve concentration, which sounds great because I’ve been dealing with thinning hair and honestly my focus is shot these days! Anyway, I got some rosemary oil, but I’m not sure if I should dilute it, how often to apply it, or even if I should just put it in my shampoo or something! I tried it directly on my scalp and it burned a little... is that normal? I heard mixing rosemary oil with a carrier oil is good, but like which one should I use? Senstively speaking, I tried olive oil, but I didn’t love the smell, and coconut oil is sometimes too greasy... Also, should I use rosemary oil every day or just occasionally? I found like all kinds of methods showing how to use rosemary oil but I’m totally lost! Plus, I’ve seen peeps mention it for aromatherapy — does that even work? Any advice on how to use rosemary oil without messing things up would be super helpful. Thanks a bunch!
