I am 17 and been doing some reading on this topic, but I wanna know if does masturbation increase height or not! I've heard a bunch of things from friends and honestly, it gets confusing. Like, a few of my buddies swear that every time they do it, they feel taller the next day? Isn’t that just crazy? I mean, I’ve been trying to figure out if does masturbation increase height even scientifically because I really wanna grow more. I’m around 5'7" and kinda feel short, and I worry about stature ’cause I wanna impress my crushes, ya know? Sometimes I feel like I’m growing a bit, but then I’ll read somewhere that lifestyle or other things can be impacting it too, not just hormones or whatever. I guess my main question is: does masturbation increase height or is it more about genetics and nutrition? Also, if it doesn't, what else should I focus on to maybe get those extra inches?
