I am really curious if amla helps in hair growth because I’ve been struggling with hair thinning for a while now. Like, seriously, I can see my scalp way more than I used to! A few months ago, I started noticing my hair falling out more in the shower and, honestly, it freaked me out a little. My grandma keeps telling me about amla and how it’s supposed to be some miracle thing for hair, but I have no idea if it actually works. I tried to apply amla oil a few times, but I didn’t see much change, and I’m starting to lose hope. I heard that amla might help in hair growth by strengthening hair follicles or something like that?
