I am really confused about which utensil is best for cooking. I make dinner for my family almost every night, and I’ve been hearing a lot of mixed opinions lately. Like, my friend swears by non-stick pans, saying they’re the best for everything, but then my mom argues that cast iron is the best because it lasts forever and gives great flavor. Last week, I burned some veggies on a cheap stainless steel pan and now I'm just super frustrated. I thought I was doing everything right, but the food kept sticking and I can't deal with that, you know? I even tried to look up which utensil is best for cooking on my own, but there’s just sooo much info out there. Is there really a *best* option or does it totally depend on what you're making?
