I am really trying to figure out how to take trikatu churna because I've heard so many mixed things about it. A few weeks ago, I started experiencing some digestive issues — bloating, and just feeling heavy after meals. I talked to a friend who swears by this trikatu churna and says it helps with digestion a lot, which I thought was interesting! I ordered some online, but now that I have it, I’m really unsure about how to take trikatu churna correctly. Like, do I mix it with warm water? Should I take it before meals or after? My friend mentioned something about taking it on an empty stomach, but isn’t that risky? And what about dosage, how much of the trikatu churna is too much? I just wanna get this right because I’m really hoping it will help my stomach feel better. I looked online but couldn't find a clear answer, maybe some of you have personal experience?
