how to make hair roots stronger with home remedy

Kashvi

I am really worried about my hair lately. I've been noticing that my hair is falling out way more than usual, and I feel like my hair roots are just, I don't know, weak? A few weeks ago I started using this new shampoo, but honestly, I’m not sure if it’s helping or making it worse. My sister suggested a couple of natural stuff that might help, but I’ve been searching for specific ways on how to make hair roots stronger with home remedy ideas. I read somewhere that things like coconut oil and maybe even aloe vera can do wonders? But I'm not exactly sure how to use em properly or if there are any special techniques involved. Also, how often should I be doing these treatments? Like, every week or just once in a while? I don't want to mess it up even more! Plus, I've been feeling a bit stressed with work, and I think that doesn't help either. Anyone got clear and easy tips on how to make hair roots stronger with home remedy solutions? I really need my hair to feel healthy again and I’m open to any advice!

Certainly, let’s delve into some home remedies that might help strengthen your hair roots, addressing both topical applications and lifestyle factors. To begin with, using coconut oil can indeed be beneficial due to its ability to penetrate the hair shaft more effectively than other oils, which helps in reducing protein loss and adding strength to your hair. To use coconut oil, gently warm a small amount until liquid and apply it to your scalp, focusing on the roots. Massage gently for around 10 to 15 minutes; this not only helps in improving circulation to the scalp but also reduces stress which, as you pointed out, might be contributing to your hair concerns. Leave the oil in for a minimum of 30 minutes before washing it out with your usual shampoo. Doing this once or twice a week should suffice.

Aloe vera is another option that aids in balancing the pH level of your scalp and cleanses the pores. To use aloe vera, extract fresh gel from the leaf and apply it directly to your scalp, focusing again on those roots. Leave it on for about 30 minutes before rinsing thoroughly. Aim for once a week as your routine with this method.

Moreover, ensuring you’re not over-washing your hair can help maintain your scalp’s natural oils, which are critical in keeping it healthy. As you’re also worried about stress at work, incorporating stress-reduction practices such as mindfulness or light physical activity like yoga can be pivotal. Since stress can trigger hair loss by disrupting the hair growth cycle, finding effective strategies to manage it can be as beneficial as any topical remedy.

If you’re not seeing improvement over the next month or so or if the problem seems to worsen, consider consulting a dermatologist or trichologist to rule out any underlying conditions such as hormonal imbalances or nutritional deficiencies. They can also provide treatments that are more tailored to your needs. Remember, while home remedies can be beneficial, they’re often best when combined with a holistic approach looking at overall health and possible underlying issues.
