what to do to remove dark circles

I am really struggling with these dark circles under my eyes. Like, I don't even know when they appeared; one day I just looked in the mirror and boom—dark circles. I thought maybe it was just a late night here and there, you know? But I feel like they won't go away! I tried getting more sleep, but it hasn't helped much. I read online about what to do to remove dark circles and there's soooo much info, like apply cucumber slices or use cold spoons? But do any of those actually work? It feels like I'm wasting my time. Even my friends have started teasing me about looking tired all the time! And I don't wear makeup often, so concealer is kinda out of the question. Should I consider some kind of cream or serum, or like, do I need to see a doctor? I am only 30 and honestly, I just want to know what to do to remove dark circles effectively. Any recommendations from you all would be super helpful! Thanks in advance!
