I am feeling kinda confused about this whole lingam thing. My friend was talking about it the other day, and I wasn't really sure what she meant when she said, "what is lingam?" Like, I thought it was something related to a spiritual or religious context, but then she started mentioning it in terms of energy and health? I’m just trying to get a better understanding. A few weeks ago, I went to this workshop where they mentioned how the lingam represents divine energy, and honestly, I felt a little overwhelmed.
