I am dealing with this annoying acidity problem that's really making my life less fun, ya know? I've tried a bunch of stuff, but it just doesn't seem to go away. So, over the weekend, I was at this family gathering and my aunt was saying that is mosambi juice good for acidity, and I got really curious. Like, she says it helps with digestion and that it's pretty refreshing which sounds good since I’m always battling heartburn after meals. I had some of that juice and honestly felt a bit better, but I can't tell if it was just in my head or if the mosambi juice actually worked! I've read some contradictory stuff online like that it can have citric acid which could possibly make things worse? I’m really not sure anymore. Can anyone tell me if mosambi juice is really good for acidity in the long run? I don't want to get my hopes up just to find out it might backfire later. Are there other juices or remedies that would work better? I'm all for natural stuff if it could help me with this whole acidity situation!
