can i apply amla juice on hair

I am really curious about something. Lately, I've been hearing stuff about amla juice and how it's super good for hair. Last month, I noticed my hair has been thinning out a bit, and it's kinda freaking me out. A friend suggested I try amla juice, but I’m not sure if I can trust it. Can I apply amla juice on hair just like that, or do I need to mix it with something? I mean, I’ve read that it can help with hair growth and making it shiny, but how do I actually use it? My cousin said she just puts it on her scalp and leaves it for a few hours, but I'm worried about going overboard. Is there such a thing as too much amla juice? Plus, I have oily hair, and I’m not sure if it’ll make things worse or better. Got any tips for someone who's kinda lost here? Can I apply amla juice on hair and leave it overnight too? Or should I be cautious? I really want to see some results but don't wanna mess something up in the process. Any advice on the best way to do this? Thanks in advance!!
