I am 29 and I've been trying to get my cycles back on track since they’ve been kinda erratic lately. Almost 2 months ago my doctor mentioned that stress could be a factor, which totally makes sense with my crazy work schedule and everything. A few weeks ago, I started drinking amla juice after hearing from a friend it’s really healthy and thought it might help with overall wellness, you know? But um, now I'm worried because I read online that does amla juice delay periods? Like, seriously? After starting it, I've noticed my period hasn’t shown up and I really thought it was due, but now I’m thinking could it be the amla juice messing with my cycle? I didn’t have this issue before and I also sometimes have cramps but that’s about it. Plus, I’ve been trying to follow a more balanced diet and exercise more, which I figured would help. It's just a bit stressful, honestly, and I’m freaking out a little if this is because of what I’ve been drinking. Does amla juice delay periods? Has anyone had a similar experience? Do you think I should stop the juice or try something else? Any thoughts would really help!
