I am really worried about my hair! It used to be so thick and luscious, but lately it's been looking super flat and lifeless. I’ve seen all these tutorials online for blow-drying and styling techniques that claim to add volume, but honestly, they don't work well for me. How can I increase my hair volume without spending a fortune? And what about things like supplements—do those help at all? I’m just feeling really at a loss here, so any advice on how can I increase my hair volume would be super appreciated!
