I am really worried because my periods are delayed for almost 3 weeks now. I always have a pretty regular cycle, like clockwork. I mean, my friends joke about me not even needing a calendar to track it because it’s so on point. But now, with this delay, I can't help but think about all the possible reasons. I've been having some weird symptoms too, like feeling nauseous in the mornings (which is totally not me) and some light cramping. I did take a pregnancy test last week, but it was negative. I know stress can be a factor — work's been super chaotic, and I've had some personal issues, but could that really impact my cycle to this extent? Am I overthinking this? Like, why periods are delayed sometimes when there’s no apparent cause? I’m just worried something might be wrong. I read online that hormonal imbalance could be a big reason why periods are delayed, but how would I even know if that’s the case for me? Is there something specific I should be looking for? Or should I just wait it out a bit longer? I’m feeling a mix of hope and anxiety, probably just overthinking it again.
