हल्का पेट दर्द वैसा ही जैसा बहुत भूख लगने पर होता है, लेकिन मुझे भूख नहीं लगी है और डकार नहीं आ रही है। मुझे उल्टी जैसा महसूस हो रहा है लेकिन उल्टी नहीं हो रही है, और जब उल्टी होती है तो सिर्फ बलगम निकलता है, भले ही मेरा पेट भरा हुआ हो। इसके साथ ही, मेरा गला भी दुख रहा है और बलगम से भरा हुआ है।
