अनियमित पीरियड्स: पिछले साल 17 मार्च को मुझे पीरियड्स आए थे, फिर 23 मार्च को मैंने अपनी शिफ्ट दिन से रात में बदल ली। अब लगभग 45 दिन हो गए हैं और मुझे अभी तक पीरियड्स नहीं आए हैं। अब मैं फिर से 15 मई को दिन की शिफ्ट में बदल रही हूँ। मुझे पेट में दर्द, सूजन, स्तनों में दर्द, और पिछले एक महीने से बिना जलन के सफेद डिस्चार्ज हो रहा है। मुझे पीरियड्स कब तक आएंगे और इस समस्या के लिए मुझे अब क्या करना चाहिए ताकि इसे नियमित किया जा सके? मुझे पीरियड्स का अहसास हो रहा है लेकिन सफेद डिस्चार्ज हो रहा है, इस समस्या के कारण बहुत सारे मूड स्विंग्स और तनाव हो रहा है।

Hello dear See at your age this can be attributed to hormonal alterations or physiological variation Also there can be chances of PCOS. Iam suggesting some tests for confirmation of exact diagnosis.
