Agar abortion kit liye 1 hafte ho gaya hai aur abhi bhi bahut zyada dard, heavy bleeding with clots, aur nausea/vomiting ho rahi hai, to sirf pain medicine lekar ghar par intezar karna theek nahi hai. Yeh incomplete abortion ya kisi complication ki nishani ho sakti hai.
Dard ke liye aap Ibuprofen 400 mg khane ke baad le sakti hain (agar aapko ulcer, kidney ki problem, ya allergy na ho), lekin aaj hi gynecologist ya emergency department me checkup karwana zaroori hai.
Agar aap 1 ghante me 2 ya usse zyada pads poori tarah bhigo rahi hain, chakkar aa rahe hain, kamzori lag rahi hai, bukhar hai, behoshi jaisa lag raha hai, ya dard bahut severe hai, to turant emergency me jaiye.
Is samay sabse zaroori baat hai ki aapka examination aur zarurat pade to ultrasound karaya jaye taaki bleeding aur dard ka karan pata chal sake.

Yeh situation online sirf dawa batakar manage karne wali nahi hai. Abortion ke baad kuch din tak bleeding aur cramps hona normal ho sakta hai, lekin agar dard itna zyada hai ki sahna mushkil ho raha ho, bleeding bahut zyada ho, bade-bade clots aa rahe hon, ya nausea/vomiting bhi ho rahi ho, to retained products (garbh ka kuch hissa uterus mein reh jana), excessive bleeding ya infection jaise karanon ko rule out karna zaruri hota hai. Meri salah hai ki aap aaj hi kisi gynecologist ya najdeeki hospital mein jaakar checkup karvayen. Aapko examination aur ultrasound ki zarurat pad sakti hai. Agar aap 1 ghante mein 2 ya usse zyada pads poori tarah bhigo rahi hain, chakkar aa rahe hain, behoshi jaisi feeling ho rahi hai, bukhar aa raha hai, ya dard lagatar badh raha hai, to turant emergency mein jayen.

* Pet par heating pad ya garam pani ki botal rakhne se bhi rahat mil sakti hai.
* Pani aur fluids achchhi matra me lete rahen.
Turant medical care lijiye agar:
* 2 ghante tak lagatar har ghante 2 ya usse zyada bade pads poore bheeg rahe hon.
* Tez bukhar (38°C ya zyada) ho.
* Bahut tez ya badhta hua pet dard ho jo dawa se bhi control na ho.
* Behoshi, chakkar, ya bahut kamzori ho.
* Badbudar vaginal discharge ho.
