Hello dear Thanks for response Donot worry. Kindly follow my instructions as earlier mentioned for 1 month. There are chances of improvement. After I month, definitely evaluation will be done to know the status of vein ( hardness ) for any obstruction Regards

I am suggesting some medications, please follow them for atleast 1 months Take shilajeet once a day for 1 month Take triphala once a day for 1 month Do kegel exercises regularly Do meditation These precautions will bring improvement and prevent erectile dysfunction Kindly avoid any unnecessary medications After 1 month in case of no recovery, get clinical evaluation done with urologist Regarding prominence of veins, for any physical work they get dilated so this not a problem Hope iam clear with your doubts Regards
