I don't know is it abnoraml bit Ikeep overthinking whic hurt my brain I feel pain in my mind and feelingof uneasy in my body I canot able to concentrate on anything idk what should I do I think ome yeat ago samd I feel severe overthinking sleep issues my weight was totaly reduced I dk bit now it'snot that extreme bit keep negative thoughts it feel like I am so behind in my lifeit feel like nobody wants to talk to me amd then this thought destroy my mind sleep hunger
